Open Day

Our Academy Open Days have been created as free 2-hour events suitable for finding out about our full-time professional courses (all types). These sessions must be reserved in the name of the attendee. If you are attending with family/friends please make it clear in your booking who is the potential student/enrolee. This is important so that we can make adequate preparations for the practical activity.

An outline of the session, as follows;

10am:

Arrival and welcome (drinks and biscuits)

1015:

Overview of all professional courses

1030:

Cookery activity.

Example 1, preparation, cooking and plating of globe artichoke starter.

Example 2, curing and torching mackerel, plating fish course.

1130:

Open Q&A with team and tutors

1200-1230:

Time allowed for individual appointments.
