Our exclusive pop-up restaurant offers a fine-dining sit-down lunch menu cooked and hosted by our level 3 and 4 culinary arts students in their final weeks of training.
It’s a popular and delicious event and always well attended. It also supports a new wave a talent by giving them the additional experience of cooking-live, whilst also being fun and sociable for diners.
